While most projects will have their unique details that determine pricing and timeline, the following examples outline a basic starting point to go from!

Branding

New Corporate Logo

Starting at $1800

The design and development of a fresh logo that will launch your visual brand on the right note.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    You will receive 2-3 initial logo concepts for review, with up to three rounds of revisions.

  • The average timeline from start to finish on a new logo project is 6-8 weeks. This allows for enough time to deliver the initial concepts, for you the client to provide consolidated feedback, and for Crescendo to iterate on the concepts based on that initial feedback.

  • Once a final concept is approved, Crescendo will provide the final logo files in EPS (vector) format, PNG format, as well files for social media profile images.

    You will also receive a Logo Info Sheet in PDF format, which is a quick reference showing your logo lockup variations, font(s) used, and color hex codes. This is a great resource to use if you plan on taking your brand to the next level with a website, print materials, and social media marketing.

Brand Guidelines

Starting at $650

A cohesive document defining your logo, palette, fonts, and other visual elements all in one place.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    You will receive a proof to review and provide feedback on. We will iterate until the final design is approved.

  • The average timeline from start to finish on a brand guidelines document is 3-4 weeks. However, this can change depending on project size, client response time to proofs, and complexity of revisions.

  • Once a final design is approved, Crescendo will provide the final files both in their native format, and in print-ready or digital-ready format depending on client preference.

Brand Collateral

Starting at $105/hr

The supporting pieces, such as print materials, social media visuals, and additional marketing items.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    You will receive a proof to review and provide feedback on. We will iterate until the final design is approved.

  • The average timeline from start to finish on a brand development project is 2-3 weeks. However, this can change depending on project size, client response time to proofs, and complexity of revisions.

  • Once a final design is approved, Crescendo will provide the final files both in their native format, and in print-ready or digital-ready format depending on project type.

Photography

One-hour Session

Starting at $450

Perfect for team headshots, or quick refreshes of a new space or product.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    We will then schedule a date and time for the photo session.

  • The average timeline for image turnaround is 1-2 weeks after the date of the photoshoot.

  • Your photos will be delivered in high-res JPG format to your email via digital download.

Half-day Session

Starting at $850

On-site photo coverage of an event, or a more robust collection of branding images.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    We will then schedule a date and time for the photo session.

  • The average timeline for image turnaround is 1-2 weeks after the date of the photoshoot.

  • Your photos will be delivered in high-res JPG format to your email via digital download.

Stock Collection

Starting at $500*

A curated stock photo collection designed to meet your marketing needs while maintaining brand consistency.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

  • The average timeline for a curated gallery is 2-4 weeks. We will schedule 1 or 2 feedback sessions before the collection is finalized.

  • Your collection will be delivered to you via digital download or iStock collection link.

Websites

Brand New Website*

A small-business website that is responsive, easy to maintain, and captures your unique brand.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project, including finished copy and content.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    Your web project will then be divided into three easy-to-manage Phases:

    Phase 1

    Review assets (photos, content, outline, branding, inspiration, etc)

    Build navigation skeleton

    Develop home page style, structure, and layout

    1-2 rounds of revisions as needed

    Handoff Meeting

  • The average timeline from start to finish on a new website is 8-12 weeks. However, this can change depending on project size, client response time to proofs, and complexity of revisions.

  • When your website project is complete, your website will be live and hosted by Squarespace. You, as well as any pertinent team members will have access and permissions to login and edit the site as needed.

Website Updates*

Starting at $105/hr

Perfect for an existing website that needs to incorporate new content, or update existing visuals.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    Crescendo will temporarily be made an admin to your site so that the updates can be made.

    We will iterate until the final design is approved.

  • The average timeline from start to finish on website updates is 1-3 weeks. However, this can change depending on project size, client response time to proofs, and complexity of revisions.

  • Your changes will be live on your Squarespace website.

Figma Prototypes

Starting at $105/hr

For companies with existing websites outside of Squarespace, or for new mockups that can easily be handed off to your web developer.

  • We’ll start with the Project Request Form to gather all the high-level information needed to begin your project.

    Once the above information is received, we may have a brief call to discuss your responses in more depth.

    We will iterate until the final design is approved.

  • The average timeline from start to finish on webpage prototyping is 2-4 weeks. However, this can change depending on project size, client response time to proofs, and complexity of revisions.

  • Your prototypes will be delivered via a Figma link.

Presentations

New Deck Template

A new deck template in PPT or Google Slides containing useful slide types with your existing visual brand.

Keynotes & Events

Contract basis

Custom-designed content that adheres to brand style guides and event standards so you’re ready for the main event.

  • I partner with your agency or event team as a design lead. Process details are determined during the contract phase.

  • The average timeline from start to finish on a keynote is 2-4 months, however may depend on the specific event and project scope.

  • A show-ready PPT or Slides file for delivery to production.
